Description
Keffa natural, a coffee that highlights sweetness through delicate notes of peaches and convinces with a clean cup with a floral finish. This coffee balances both light acidity and smooth fruity sweetness.
The Coffee producers deliver their ripe cherries to Haileslassie Ambaye own washing stations where the cherries are sorted and pulped. The beans are dried for 10 to 12 days before they are transported to Addis Ababa, to be milled and bagged prior to export. Since 2005 Haileslassie Ambaye exports Ethiopian top quality coffee to the world market. The owner, Haileslassie Ambaye started a business as a coffee supplier to the central market in Ethiopia in 1992. Then later Haileslassie Ambaye Industrial p.l.c was developed as a sister company and both companies are operational currently. Until today they have constructed an own coffee warehouse and processing plant located in Akaki Kaliti sub city, Addis Ababa. Besides this, they own ten trucks that exclusively being used to transport coffee from Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) warehouses from different regions to Addis Ababa and then to Djibouti. This enables Haileslassie Ambaye to deliver his coffee export prompt and within his own standard of quality in transportation.
