Berlin Coffee festival is getting closer! Our friends from The Visit Coffee in Berlin invited us this year, to roast different prepared specialty coffees together. Our trader Michael will also share insights into his work as green coffee trader and the sample roasting on the Ikawa Sample Roaster. Afterwards, we would like to cup these coffees and highlight their extraordinary cup-profiles, introduce you to a detailed insight of the taste and quality of each coffee and discover as many facets of these beans as possible - from the aroma to the type and strength of the acidity, bitterness, sweetness and clarity.
